Plan Review

CTI District Services can review construction documents to ensure the documents comply with the applicable codes of the District of Columbia.

CTI performs the third party plan review following the procedure established by DCRA, including the specific reporting requirements for each respective review.

We perform plan reviews in all of the following disciplines:

• Structural/Architectural
• Mechanical
• Electrical
• Plumbing
• Fire Protection/Life Safety
• Green

In return, the client will receive a complete and sealed DCRA Plan Review Approval Certificate, Report, and Plan Review Code Deficiency Report. We estimate 10 business days for Initial Review of drawings and an additional 5 days for final review.
